To become a member of a credit union, the applicant must fall within the bond of association of the Credit Union.2
Applicants are allowed to join more than one credit union as membership is not limited. The applicant, however is still required to meet the individual credit unions bonds of association.3
If the applicant is of the required age and meet the Credit Union (s) Bond of Association, they will be required to complete a membership application and nomination form to be approved by the Credit Union to start the process of opening a Credit Union account.
